General Information
There will be NO HOLDS or PRESALES of existing/shown items in either IG stories or posts on Instagram and TikTok. We want to make it fair for everyone! First come, first serve.
What is the price range?
Some of the watches can start as low as $5, but it can go upwards to $800-$1,600 for luxury brands and rare items. The watches showcased on our Instagram and TikTok platforms typically range between $100 and $350 as these selections represents our personal favorites and are distinguish by their rarity, exceptional condition, and unique appeal. Though, the average price of regular watches hovers around $75-$95, depending their condition.
How do I know when the next drop is?
Follow our Instagram (@bunbunoclock) for daily updates on upcoming releases, including their drop dates. If you miss any announcements, you can check out the "NEXT DROP" highlight for the latest information.
Will there be restocks for specific watches you've released before?
It can happen, but only every once in a while because everything is either second hand, handmade, or vintage!
Do the watches work?
Some watches are fully functional and labeled as "Tested," meaning they are running with new batteries. Others are "Untested," as we didn't have the proper battery for testing. Additionally, some are listed as "Sample Watches," which retain the original casing of the watch but do not have the mechanics to make them move. Be sure to review the description of each watch to determine if it is either "Tested," "Untested," or "Sample."
Do you make the watches?
I create many of the watches using a mix of secondhand components, like watch faces and beads, along with new materials such as beads and connectors. However, most of the watches are sourced rather than handmade. Please refer to the description/title to confirm if a watch is marked as "repurposed."
Can you make custom pieces?
At this time, I'm unable to create custom pieces. Since I work with secondhand watch faces and a variety of unique beads, it's difficult to replicate an exact design that a customer might request. However, I hope to offer custom options in the future, so stay tuned!
What are the watches/bracelets/necklaces/etc. made of?
Due to the nature of our secondhand items, the original packaging, including information regarding materials, is not available unless stated otherwise in the description. Customers with potential allergies should be aware that there may be a risk of allergic reactions that can be caused by nickel, copper, brass, cobalt, etc.
To ensure clarity, our product titles first describe the color, followed by specific details about the item. If a product contains precious metals, we explicitly state this in the title using terms like "genuine gold," "gold plated," "genuine gemstones," etc. If these terms are not mentioned, the item is a gold/silver/etc. product rather than one made with actual gold or other precious metals.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur due to the materials of the watches. Customers are encouraged to review the product descriptions carefully and take necessary precautions if they have known sensitivities to certain metals. However, we thoroughly clean our products using isopropyl alcohol pads to ensure a gentle yet effective cleaning process. Please note that while we do perform a surface cleaning, we do not conduct deep cleanings on our watches.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Here are the countries we currently can ship too: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Can't see your country?
As long as we can accept your payment, we can ship there! We recommend using PayPal when checking out. However, please do note that the countries that are NOT listed above may be more challenging due to complicated regulations, high rates of lost packages, or lengthy delivery times. Notable examples include Russia, Brazil, China, Saudi Arabia, and India, as well as Mexico. It's not impossible to ship to those countries, but it can be difficult.
Issues and Returns On Orders
My package got lost / I haven't received it, what should I do?
Tracking is always provided so please check your tracking number! Often times, your package may be delivered to the incorrect address (it can be a possibility that you've inputted the incorrect address), stolen, etc. We are not liable for the package once it has been scanned by the shipping carrier. If there is a problem, please go to the shipping carrier website and file a claim-- there is a possibility they will be the one to reimburse you!
Here are your options if you’ve inputted the incorrect address:
1. If your package has not been shipped AND you have not received an email that states your tracking number, please contact us right away through our Contact Page with your order number as the subject. We will be able to change your address for you.
2. If you have already received an email about your tracking number, it means we had already purchased a shipping label for you. Please contact us so we can arrange a way for you to pay the shipping fee once more and detail us the correct address. If the customer fails to respond with the correct shipping address within 5 business days, a refund and a restocking fee will be processed. Original shipping and processing fee is not refundable. 3. If you realized that your address was incorrect after it had been shipped, please note the following: 1) If the package is returned to my by USPS due to an insufficient address, you will receive a refund. Please visit Return Policy page for more information. 2) If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, I regret to inform you that a refund cannot be issues, as the shipping obligation has been fulfilled on my end.
What happens if my item arrive in a broken state?
All watches are packaged by hand and are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Additionally, the pictures that are presented in the site are its true condition. If you believe that it was damaged before shipment, please contact us. We are not responsible for any damage made after I ship the products.
I suggest going to the USPS site to file a claim that your package was damage during shipment as there is a high possibility they may be the one to cover the costs of the broken item. Don't know how to? Please contact us through our Contact Page.
I returned my package, why am I not being refunded the shipping amount?
If you have returned your package and are not receiving a refund for the shipping amount, please be advised:
The shipping fee you paid was utilized to send the product to you. This amount covers the actual cost of shipping the item, handling the item, and is not marked up for profit. Therefore, it is non-refundable as the shipping service was already provided.
