Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Transparency is important to bunbunoclock; within each item listing, we clearly state the condition of the product in the description and a clear photo for the customer to see. Please note that the pictures provided are an integral part of the product description. While we strive for accuracy, there may be instances where our written description may not capture every detail, which pictures can clearly illustrate. 

Please note that, due to the nature of our secondhand items, the original packaging, including information regarding materials, is not available. Customers with potential allergies should be aware that there may be a risk of allergic reactions. However, we thoroughly clean our products using isopropyl alcohol pads to ensure a gentle yet effective cleaning process.

As bunbunoclock specializes in the sale of vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments, it is natural for the products to have natural signs of wear. All items are hand-picked, reworked, and inspected.

PROCESSING RETURNS

While all sales are final, we at bunbunoclock understand that oversights can occur. If we have inadvertently omitted important details in the product description or failed to adequately display them in the photos, we do accept returns under such circumstances.

1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at bunbunoclock@outlook.com or through our contact page. Include your order number, name, and the reason for the return in your email.

2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email. 

3. Packaging and Shipping: Since the mistake lies upon us, shipping will be free of cost. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible. NOTE: Please send the package within 5 days of authorization to avoid an additional 5% restocking fee above the standard 10%, accompanied by a proof that it was sent with receipt from the designated shipping provider through our email. If the package is sent 1 month later dating from authorization, refund will be cancelled.

4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. This process typically takes 3-5 business days upon the package's arrival. 

5. International Returns: For international returns, the process may take longer due to customers clearance and international shipping times. We will notify you once we receive the item and begin the inspection process. 

6. Notification of Refund: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, including the refund amount.

RESTOCKING FEE

A customer may be charged a restocking fee if the package is:

  1. Returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address,
  2. Returned due to refused delivery,
  3. Returned due to unclaimed packages,
  4. Returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes, or
  5. Cancelled before shipment.

Once a package is returned to us for any of the reasons listed above, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package as the original shipping label will be void. The original label is void because it was used to attempt the initial delivery.

We will reach out to the customer via the provided email with a link to repurchase shipping. If the customer fails to repurchase the new shipping label within 5 business days, they will be subjected to a restocking fee of 10% (domestic) or 15% (international), which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and handling, inspection and refurbishment, repackaging, inventory management, and potential loss of sale.

Please note that original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
